Several updates in the past few days! First, for the next two weeks, many of the vendors of Albero and Cioccolata are participating in a Gatcha Gatcha Festival. If you're not familiar with this game, each shop owner puts a machine out and lists the prizes in the machine. You pay a set price (usually between L$10-L$35) and it will give you one of the prizes randomly. It's really fun to try to get different prizes. Even if you can't get the one you had your eye on, you can still get so many really cute things for really cheap! The festival runs until the end of the month.
My Gatcha Gatcha has 6 prizes in it, all brand new! There are two versions of a curvy, retro mod lamp along with 4 colors of my brand new Elise dress. I've included the yellow version of the new dress as a group gift because I love you all so much!! You can get it in the history of my hippo group or by searching "Elate!" in groups and joining there. Here's the ad for the rest of the prizes:

Second, I have always loved statement jewelry pieces, and I'm happy to be adding another piece to my small jewelry collection. These have large, square, semi-precious stones encased in sterling silver and can be found both at my mainstore as well as at Jewelry Fair 2009. Jewelry fair began yesterday and should be unlike most fairs you've attended. The organizers have gone to enormous lengths to avoid lagging the sims. You will find no sculpted prims, very minimal scripts, and a layout which allows your computer to rez just a few shops at a time. You should definitely go see all the great designers taking part. Proceeds from auctions and select sales (including some of mine) are going to Oxfam, an international nonprofit group working to end poverty and injustice worldwide.
